Universal Studios Florida

Hey guys!! Now I shall share with you our experience during our second day at Universal Orlando! The previous day, we went to Islands of Adventure, one of Universal Orlando’s theme parks. The next day, we went to the second park: Universal Studios Florida! As you remember, we got stranded by rain during our first day at the park but we were glad that the day after, the skies were clear and it was really sunny!! Luckily for us, most of the rides here are 4D simulations so my parents got to ride with me (since they are not really big fans of actual roller coasters and high drops)

The first ride that we tried that day was Despicable Me Minion Mayhem! It was a simulation ride wherein we pretended to be minions and had to be trained by Gru and the other characters from the movie! It was really cute and fun that we rode it twice!

The next attraction we went to was the Transformers Ride which remains as one of my most favorite rides at any Universal theme park. We were riding on a car that moves really fast and simulates us fighting different robots as well as speeding through the road. I repeated this ride a bunch of times and my parents loved it as well!! After this ride, we spent the next few hours at the other section of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter which I shall explain further in a future post!

Afterwards, I rode the Men in Black Alien Attack where we had guns and had to shoot the aliens that we would encounter. Then, we tried the ET Ride wherein we were riding a bicycle and actually soaring through the sky, just like the movies! For my last ride, I rode the Revenge of the Mummy which is still one of the most thrilling roller coaster I have ridden.

If you guys are going to Universal Orlando in the future, I do recommend buying Express Passes. They are a bit pricry but extremely worth it because you would be prioritized on all rides (except the Harry Potter ones) which means you wouldn’t have to wait at all and you could try out all the attractions!! You should also get the Park Hopper option because it means that you could go to both Universal Parks on the same day.

Overall, I really enjoyed Universal Orlando the best among the other Universal Parks I went to (Hollywood and Singapore). I think it is because I was able to try a lot of rides thanks to the Express Passes, but mainly it’s because Orlando had way more attractions that could not be found in the other two parks. As Universal’s tagline suggests, I really rode thr movies and it’s an experience that is unforgettable.
